Vienna, the capital of Austria, is one of the ancient cities of Europe. Evidence of habitats in that area is tracking back to 500 BC. In 1440 Vienna became the resident city of the Habsburg dynasty. During the Napoleonic Wars, in 1804 it became the capital of the Austrian Empire. After the First World War, Vienna became the capital of the Republic of Germany and one year later officially the capital of the first republic of Austria. Until 1938 Vienna continued to be a vivid centre of culture and modernism.
The travel from Prague to Vienna is approximately 5 hours drive.There will be a private bus for you. The arrival in Vienna should be at 12 pm. After that, you will have one hour for lunch.
Between 1 and 5 pm you will have a lecture on the topic:
"Architecture of 19th and 20th Century"

Between 5 pm and 7 pm, you will have free time.
The departure from Vienna will be at 7 pm. You are expected to arrive in Prague at 00 pm.
