Eduard has been active in the real estate industry since 1996, where he began his professional career during the Communist era as a patent maker in a steel making factory - TOS Celakovice. Eduard spent the last 12 years in various positions at Jones Lang LaSalle in the Prague office, mainly with office development orientation. His last role at JLL was Business Development Director serving all JLL departments. After he left JLL, Eduard co-founded real estate company THREESIXTY which was sold/merged with Prague's office of Colliers International during its start-up period.
Prior to 360 and JLL he also served as the Executive Manager of the Cost Cutting Team at CSOB. (Czech Slovak Business Bank).
Transaction management and real estate consultancy including (pre)development consultancy are Eduard's strongest areas.
Eduard Forejt, CRE has been awarded the CRE® (Counselor of Real Estate) credential by The Counselors of Real Estate®, an international group of high profile real estate practitioners who provide expert advisory services to clients on complex real property and land-related matters. The credential was awarded in May at the Counselors’ 2018 Midyear Meetings in Chicago. Eduard continues to give lectures at the University of Architecture CVUT in Prague, write articles in journals, and present at various business professional conferences.
