Jiří Čermák is a partner and head of IP Tech practice in Baker McKenzie, Prague. He specializes in information technology law (in particular, computer and software law, internet law and IT outsourcing), as well as intellectual property law (in particular, trademark, copyright and media law) and related litigation.
Jiří is author or co-author of various publications and articles on copyright, software and technology law and regularly lectures on IT, copyright and trademark law in various institutions and speaks at international and regional professional conferences as an IT/C law expert.
Jiří is an arbiter for .CZ and .EU domain name Alternative Dispute Resolution and an appointed Arbiter for WIPO Arbitration Center. He is also a member of the editorial boards and governing bodies of ICT-law focused scientific journals and international conferences in the Czech Republic.
