For the sales lecture, please create workgroups of 4-5 pax. Each group will start from a blank piece of paper and the task is to design, plan, deploy and run a Sales Team within a Corporation.
As a pre-work, your task is to search in “a" market for a product / set of products to sell, and do a marketing research to define why, how, and how much. The business size you should target is at least 5M USD per quarter, so the Sales Team objective has to be 20M USD per year. Each workgroup will have to select one and develop the business.
