Petra specializes in banking and finance, in particular in acquisition, real estate, project and asset financing. She advises financial institutions in their role as lenders or arrangers and corporations as borrowers. Petra has also extensive experience in preparation of master documentation for financial institutions and the Czech Banking Association and has reviewed standard documentation of several Czech banks in connection with the new legislation effective from 1 January 2014: the new Civil Code, the Business Corporations Act, the International Private Law Act, and other related laws. For six months, Petra was a member of the banking practice in our London office, where she advised clients namely on real estate and asset financing.
Petra is a recognized specialist in international private law and has been quoted in a number of domestic and foreign publications.
