Mrs. Grosshans is a German lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) based in Stuttgart, Germany. She has practised in both Civil and Common Law jurisdictions. She has a longstanding practice of national and international dispute resolution, consultation, contract negotiations, contract designing and due diligence processes. She has handled hundreds of cases as counsel, arbitrator and mediator in English and German. Her practical experience in the Common Law inter alia results of her formerly working for an international English law firm in London.
Areas of expertise inter alia include construction, corporate, distribution, employment, energy and natural resources, infrastructure, license agreements, sale of goods, any type of company-related issues, etc. An international network consisting of highly qualified lawyers in any type of law firm worldwide facilitates quick access to advice on foreign legal systems and foreign law.
