Ivy Teng Lei is a marketing professional with experience in client servicing and growth strategy. Her career started at Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG) as part of a rotation program where she worked on brands like Oculus, American Airlines, Teva in branding, digital marketing, and media planning and buying.
After IPG, she worked at The Gap in Global Marketing where she oversaw global on-product marketing for GapKids and babyGap, and helped launched GapFit for men, kids and baby from conception to execution.
Ivy was most recently Account Strategy Director at Ladder.io, a tech marketing startup that automates marketing tactics using their proprietary platform where she managed over 40+ clients. She now joins Thesis as the Director Client Strategy and is responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives and client success. She is also an independent consultant for small to medium size business in growth and marketing strategy.
