How much should I expect to pay for living expenses?

If you cook for yourself (a kitchen is available in our student accommodation), the food from supermarkets is very affordable, and 5-8 euros a day would be sufficient. In Prague, you have to pay 670kc or around 27 euros for a monthy transport card, which allows you to take the bus, tram and metro around the city.

Warsaw: Living costs in Warsaw are not very high compared to other EU countries. If you cook for yourself (a kitchen is available in our student accommodation), the food from the shop is very affordable, and 5-8 euros a day should be sufficient. If you go to the restaurant, you can also find lunch or dinner for 5-8 euros.

Refunds are decided on an individual basis. Cancellation after payment must be communicated to us 40 days before the program starts at the latest. If the cancellation is due to a personal medical condition or a Visa rejection from the government, we can refund you 95% of the program fees upon reception of evidence (the remaining 5% is attributable to our administration fee). Cancellation later than 40 days before the program is due to start without extenuating evidence will receive a 20% refund, and the bank transfer fee will be deducted from the total amount. Any other case will be discussed on an individual basis.

Can I still attend the program if I do not want to do the internship, and will I get a discount?

We strongly believe that you would benefit from the internship opportunity. However, if you do not have the time or do not wish to attend the second part of the program, you can apply for the first part of the program only. In that case, you would not need to cover the full program fee, but a reduced one. Get in touch with us for further details.
