Wojciech Podlasin is a senior associate in Linklaters’ Warsaw at the Competition and Antitrust practice. He specializes in antitrust, merger control and state aid cases and has extensive practical experience as a member of Linklaters’ Warsaw, Brussels and Beijing Competition teams. By working and studying in various foreign countries including Poland, China, Belgium, UK, Germany and Italy he has gained extensive expertise in operating in a multinational business environment.
Mr Podlasin read law at the University of Warsaw and the London School of Economics (where he was awarded LLM degree), and finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is the co-author of a leading commentary to the Polish competition act in the part concerning merger control.
Mr Podlasin is a qualified Polish lawyer and member of the Warsaw Bar. He worked at European Commission DG Competition, Unit B2: State aid - Energy and Environment in Brussels.
