Wine tasting in Prague - Lixin group
The art students from Lixin University of Accounting and Finance experienced the richness of Central Europe this summer.
Study and fun were combined for the trip of the Lixin group with 30 students and 2 professors. One of the learning experiences was the wine tasting prepared from Vinny Sklep. In China there is not a strong culture of wine, so the students' interest in this know-how was even higher.
Lixin group got an introduction on how to taste the wine properly and had a special chart where to assess what they feel about the wine. The students tried 7 different wines from Central Europe and Europe, learned about the history and creation of each of them and exchanged cultural background with each other. Along with this, they had lectures on culture differences, Czech cubism and explored Prague’s architecture.
The intensive learning course was combined with travelling to the UNESCO city Cesky Krumlov and several days in Vienna.
